6:00 AM – First Sessions
My early morning clients are typically professionals squeezing in their workouts before heading to the office. Today’s first session focuses on strength training and mobility work. There’s something special about helping someone start their day with increased energy and confidence.

Midday typically involves weight loss program consultations. Today, I’m reviewing progress with a client who’s already lost 15 pounds through our comprehensive approach to fitness and nutrition.
3:00 PM – Athletic Training
The afternoon brings our student-athletes in for sport-specific training. Whether they’re preparing for college sports or improving their high school performance, watching their progress is incredibly rewarding.
6:00 PM – Evening Sessions
As the workday winds down in Denver, our facility comes alive with clients eager to release the day’s stress through focused, personalized training sessions.
8:00 PM – Closing Time
Before heading home, I spend time preparing for tomorrow’s sessions, knowing that each day brings new opportunities to help our clients achieve their fitness goals.
