The day starts early at AllDay Air LLC, where we gather for our morning dispatch meeting. With a steaming cup of coffee in hand, I review the day’s service schedule and load up my truck with the necessary parts and tools.
First Call – 8:00 AM
Today’s first appointment is a residential AC service call. These early morning inspections are crucial, especially during peak summer months. I perform a comprehensive system check, including:
• Refrigerant level verification
• Filter replacement
• Condenser coil cleaning
• Electrical connection testing
Midday – 12:30 PM
After completing two maintenance calls, it’s time for a quick lunch break. This gives me a chance to check in with dispatch about any emergency calls that might need attention in the afternoon.
Afternoon – 2:00 PM
The afternoon brings a complete HVAC installation project. Working methodically and efficiently is key, as proper installation ensures:

End of Day – 5:30 PM
